Malaspina Soap Factory creates soap inspired by nature.   We use natural ingredients including flowers & spices, and occasionally we will add Fragrance Oils. 

Have you ever wondered what is really in commercial soaps?  We did, and we decided we didn't like what we were seeing so we chose to create soaps that are made without harmful chemicals.  We use a process called Cold Process when creating our soaps.  This is where we add a lye/water combination with natural oils such as Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, & Sunflower Oil, just to name a few.  When these are combined soap is created by the natural reaction of these ingredients ending up with the lye transformed.  We will then add things like chocolate, coffee, milk, honey, soy milk, spices or flowers to create a soap that makes you feel good. 

Our skin is the largest organ of our body and we truly believe in nurturing it.  By using soaps without chemicals or petroleum products we are doing just that.

Here at Malaspina Soap Factory we also believe in ecological responsibility and because of that you will never find Palm Oil products in our soaps.  Why???  The simple answer is that the damage being done to the rain forests in Indonesia & Borneo is irresponsible.
